Questival brought UK-based QuantumBlack colleagues together for two days of team-building exercises and learning opportunities.
Situated on Osea Island, off the coast of Essex, the offsite aimed to foster a personal connection between colleagues through group activities centred around the company values: Performance and Impact, Trust, Fusion, Clarity and Creativity, Excitement and Enthusiasm, and Experimentation.
Hamblin produced a short film that captured the atmosphere of the weekend. Megan Holmes and Frankie Strand designed and executed the signage on site.
